My son tooth hurts, they said it need to be removed, schedule 8 months later! That’s the kind of care you will get.

I would like to share my experience visiting the dentist's office. My son was supposed to have his teeth fixed today. Dr. Cassidy Burrelli gave him a numbing injection in his gum. As soon as she started, my son felt a lot of pain; he started crying and moving. Dr. Burrelli continued giving injections. He also pointed to his mouth, saying that it was very painful. Experience has shown that this doctor is inexperienced and gives painful injections. I believe that children need someone who is less painful. I know some people, especially children, who have a hard time with treatment; after all, this is a pediatric department. The first time my son had his teeth fixed, there was a different doctor there; unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but she gave him a numbing injection in his gum so easily that my son didn't even feel the needle. And she fixed his teeth, although not all of the planned ones. However, I prepared my son well for this last in appointment, as he has difficulty drinking bitter liquids before dental work. But that day, he drank both types and prepared for dental treatment. He was cheerful and brave. But, unfortunately, everything happened after Burrelli gave him

Made an appointment a year in advance for 12:45pm. It’s for my autistic toddler mind you. Got there at 12:10 and checked in with the computer like I was told to do. I got the green check mark and was directed to the bear section for waiting. So that’s what I did. We sat and waited for an hour till I finally gave in and went and asked what was up cuz I have another appointment that I needed to make it to. They said I never checked in and that I couldn’t be seen for another 3-4 hours. I couldn’t wait I have another appointment to make it to. I asked if they could reschedule me for anytime soon within the next couple months preferably and they told me no that I’d have to wait another year cuz they don’t have any open appointments. They got rude with me saying I never fully checked my daughter in and that there is nothing they can do. I told them I got the green check mark so it sounds like a computer issue on yalls end. We ended up just leaving cuz they wouldn’t do anything for us. Waste of time. I should have listened to the other reviews but I was hopefully cuz somebody told me they are good with autistic children. Whether they are or aren’t don’t matter anymore cuz they don’t care

Had the most amazing experience with this practice with my 4 year old daughter. The dentist was so great with her and kept her calm the whole time. She had to get what we thought was 2 cavities filled ended up being a few more. The dentist I normally go to said I had no choice but to put her under anesthesia and I went to this practice for a second opinion. I went to this practice and my daughter LOVED the dentist she had. They did the procedure with a little calming meds and nitrous and it all went so smoothly. My daughter did so good with it, they ended up taking care of everything in 1 day and didn’t even have to come back for a second procedure. This practice is everything I expect when I take my kids to a pediatric dentist. 5 stars

Tried to schedule an appointment with my sons dentist due to an extra tooth growing and pushing out into his lip. I was told he couldn’t be seen until almost June (it’s august) when I expressed my concern with that being a year away, I was told “make the appointment or find a new dental provider” Shame on you childrens!
